A fraction of Bitcoin on top of Lightning is a little bit like a TCP IP packet for value. So if you have a network that is live 24 seven, then provided that you can get in and out of Bitcoin really quickly, you should be able to settle and net settle between two counterparties in real time. And we think that that's actually a really good application for Lightning on top of our stack particularly because we can actually guarantee that even larger payments succeed on Lightning which in the past has been hard to achieve.
