The Importance of Metrics in Coaching

Mac: I see metrics as a tremendous coaching for the coach aspect. If you're weak in one of those motions, you're getting what, 100 of a second? You did five exertions of three seconds, it's 15 seconds. Another thing for pain, pain can be useful too.
