The Technical Solution in a Complex Environment

In the past, that wouldn't have happened. But because of the circumstances that we're living in, it's more volatile. So an example would be in 2008, we had a global financial crisis and we dealt with that through stimulus. Now amazingly, what's happened is because of the war in Ukraine, which is another complex thing. We're not really applying a technical solution, but that just creates second, third, fourth, fifth, sixth order effects.
