The endless attainment of the body without organs is something that has to be pursued as in ethics, as a practice and art of living. i think they're always playing this really dangerous line between critiquing interpretses and collapsing into interpretation. But maybe one way of looking at it would be to look back to spinoza's claim that we don't know what a body can do yet.
