How I Found My First Venture Capital Firm

I got intrigued with the idea of these private companies because they were not subject to the day-to-day fluctuations in the stock market. And so I started taking interest in the portfolios that we had at this firm I was at. That gave me a taste for private investments, which I found much more satisfying than just being part of the public stock market. So I set up a business to be their outside advisor for their private investments and it worked out from there.
