Inflation's a problem, right? We have, I think we all agree. Manhattan rents just reach a new record high at $4,360. accelerating rent inflation is a problem for the Fed because housing as a weight of 40% in the CPI basket. So this whole CPI thing, which everybody thinks in the rear view mirror, I don't think it is. And that's why I think you're a four horseman, you're Yosemite CM guys, Mount Rushmore guys. They hear what I'm trying to point out. That's why they're so worried because they know what I'm saying.
