i think it comes down to grays one, leadership. For those people who want to get started in m anda excel inemone, i wouldn't tell them, i'm expecting you to be a mind reader. And here's why. So if you're asked to make a profile on a target, you find out that a similar target is actually more competitive, more attractive, better fit within your ma tricks. My suggestion is that we insert whatever your thoughts are, advancing the conversation, moving the actions forward. To me, that's what gras own leadership is. Figure ot the next teps exactly, moving it forward, starting with ympathy and then taking initiative.
