The Differences Between Fact and Act
I would say fact and act are the same thing in their philosophical foundations. They're more different in the methodology. So what we teach is specific steps that you used to organize every session with a client. And these modules we go through each of these steps, We demonstrate them in role plays. Then we have people practice them kind of develop their own scripts. This is not rocket science. But it is a model where you can get lost in the cerebral aspects of it.
