Navigating the Pandemic
Pandemic was one of the most unusual cases of an exogenous event. It really did force us to take a step back and do a bit of risk management thinking about which of our companies may be more vulnerable than others. But as the pandemic went on, we actually got a lot of great signals that helped to affirm the positive impact that we had on many of these companies. And it's something that is really important to us in our quest to find great small businesses.
