I take an antidepressant, which is for PTSD and narcolepsy. And then I also take a thyroid medication because it's really common for people with bipolar to have an undirected thyroid. And so I take all of these and I'm able to function how society wants me to function. It doesn't feel this major burden or shame or embarrassed or an effect that there's no negative to it in my opinion. So I think if you just try it and see a psychiatrist, it's you never know what's going to happen. You know, it could be the best thing for you.
