Birmingham City host Shrewsbury Town in the Championship on Saturday. Birmingham won their season opener 1-0 against Cheltenham Town last week. The hosts are currently fourth in the league table, three points behind leaders Chelsea. Phil Neville says he will make changes to his side for this game.
