The Public Health Establishment and Obesity

There's like starting to be a thing that happens when I do research for the show and I'm sort of knee deep in health and wellness media about fatness and fat people. Usually those stories are starting to change and now they're exactly the same stories as they were before. Exactly. And this is why I wanted to do an entire episode on this document because it's a portrait of like the weird corner, the public health establishment has painted itself into where it now rests onto completely contradictory sets of beliefs.
