Yiddish - A Famile Story From Jasmine

Jasmine's father grew up speaking yiddish with his parents and grandparents. Some of the words have made its way into our familect, but not necessarily always keeping their original meaning. Punum punem means face, but that's not how we used it in my family. Unti, that means grumpy. So we're using real yitish words, but it's kind of interesting how families just have them take on their own meaning.
