Biden and the other G7 countries announced a massive program of long-term bilateral security commitments to help Ukraine defend itself. Biden told Zelensky the whole world has been impressed by the courage and commitment of the Ukrainian people. The alliance has also agreed to boost defense spending, whereas 2 percent of GDP used to be a ceiling.
