What's Going to Happen With Rates Going Lower?
The CME Fed Tracker tool was pricing a 50 basis point hike. That was literally a few weeks ago, and so then it got went down to 25. And now what does that say? I think people, you know, for a lot of... We've gotten a little cooler data though, a little bit of cooler inflation data. Well, still 6%. What do you think's going to happen with rates going lower? It's just going to kind of get some of those inflation pressure. we don't want rates to go a lot lower.
