The Challenge of Moving to.NET Core

Bing.com provides a platform for hundreds, if not thousands, of other developers at Microsoft to build pieces of the Bing experience. We're not all sitting in the same room, we don't have shared repos, it's much too large and distributed for that. The challenge is how do you push this new policy, this new way of building across an entire organization?
