That experis a so we've on some a verya select but impactful hiring people like a dug field coming from apple and tela and segway. Our chief marketing officer, a susie deering joined us from from e bay and vorizon. So at all levels of the company, we're bringing on board people whoave done this before and using that to help accelerate that transit.
