How Cody and I Built a Resort in Moslake, Washington

We started off primarily in Moslake, Washington and Grant County. First deal that we ever did together was a 38 unit building prior to that. Today we have Cody's our numbers guy, but we're in the ballpark about 130 multi family units under contract for another 60 and a 20 unit resort. When we came in, I'm not going to live in a town with 1000 people. So this first year, it's been really intensive finding the right staff, the right team, systemizing things that have never really been optimized.
