Is It a Monologue?

i'm justhinkig, like the asthetic tradition and their view of obedience and self is lot different the kind of how we view it in american christianity. Almost all of them appeal to what paul says elsewhere he says what he says in romans eight. And so for most of em, they're putting it side by side with what we see in rest of scripture. There's nowhere else in paul's letters or in the new testament that has his idea that we as believers are utterly sinful... i think cookie monster would throw it away.
