It's a really important question for people who are developing all types of side projects is to go deep into it and say that it's most like primal or core thing. Sometimes corporates are paying for something that they're not explicit about, so you just think you need to have that conversation about why they're getting involved. I mean one of the things that we did discuss was do you just charge our customer do you charge the women to take part in Coverse Girls? And actually I'm really against that we have a professionals course which is for older women or more experienced more mature women but you know the reason Coverse Girls exists is to reduce the barriers to trying a career in tech.
