Shopify vs Substack - What's the Lock in With Shopify?

Shopify needs to sell to the enterprise because that's their lock in. But this is very much like a product for individual writers connecting with individual readers. The cost of switching is much lower, something like Substack than Shopify. And Shopify is just a good product and they are constantly improving it.
