The Fed and Equity Markets

The global equity complex is very weak, and there seems to be a lot of bare market style price action happening everywhere in the world. And i wonder whether or not it's really as simple as analyzing fed in the us Markets when the entire system is under so much pressure. Patrick: What do you think?
