I Did Not Think of NFTs as Collectibles Back in the Day

I saw no other use cases for NFTs back then except for games. I did not think of NFTs as digital identity, which by the way is the main thing behind apes and ponks. But what was also interesting was while all of this was happening, you have these cohort of startups that are trying to build NFT standards or infrastructure around it. And they were building the first marketplace for N FTs at the time.
