AI Governance: A Comparison of Theories of Victory
I want people to think about AI risk is something like try to figure out a portfolio of theories of victory. Maybe before even jumping to intermediate goals and more concrete things. I'm curious if there's any tension between any of these theories or can all of this be done in parallel? One tension that maybe arises is something that is US led versus something that is multilateral and international. So you have like some weights for each of them so you may be like okay I'm 20 percent focused on like the US led thing 15 percent on the international coalition 10 percent on the lab specific so on and so on.
