Sierra: How does your team actually interface with the rest of the organization? Colin: We're focused on trying to improve how well our foundational research can be applied. Sarah: I have a little bit of experience with doing user studies for my PhD work, but that wasn't the primary goal of any of my PhD work. Sierra: Having people with a psychology and social really, social sciences background is important to provide us with context.
