Sleep Recommendations for Athletic Populations

Athletes should get eight to ten hours of sleep per day. This is more than enough for their athletic performance. Napping during the afternoon or early evening, without impairing your next night. If there is no possibility in your den, you can only not around five o'clock or six o'clock. And that napping time is, in fact, delaying your bedtime.
