Emerge Docs tend to be outgoing, people-pleasing individuals. We like everything and that's a little bit of a disease so we say yes to everything. Nowadays, I'm much more selective in what I say yes to. Sometimes you should do things that you might not like or enjoy because your group needs you to do that. That's part of paying it forward.
