We live in a society that's essentially bound by the restrictions of english common law. And noter, they actually call them social justice tibule. It's mine bonli. They can suspend precedent legue, normal legal cedent and jurisprudential tradition in the pursuit of their aims. Think about thate. If you would have made me dictator for 20 years, then the utopia would have arrived as promised. But if your imaginary utopia was realized in hard court politics over a 30 year period, everyone would be out in the streets starving to death.
