Walter: I still think there's a risk to earnings in the second half of this year. We have seen two consecutive quarters in a row of negative earnings growth. Alphabet trades at about a 33% discount to Microsoft trades about 20 times versus 30 times from Microsoft. And it's actually going to produce probably eight to 10 billion dollars and more cash flow per year than Microsoft.
