Getting Attention Seeking Under Control for Normal People

There was just an interesting list on this website that I thought it would be smart to cover. Posting excessively on social media, vying for likes and comments. That is an extreme version of seeking attention. If you find yourself like constantly wanting to just get on there, hey, this seems like an only a good post. Gotta watch out for that one.
