I think that's where Roberts wants to put his energy. He wants to say minority plaintiffs don't always lose at my court. They sometimes win. And so section two's already been weakened. So this is not gonna cause an expansion of voting rights and preserve the status quo. Kavanaugh of course has left the door open to killing section two another day with a new theory. That's really cynical. Maybe, maybe Justice Jackson wrote a really fiery dissent, draft dissent, and Roberts didn't like that. It's almost like leaking the Dobbs' opinion to prepare the country for what's coming. Right, it rejuvenates the 333 court with all these moderates at the center narrative from two terms
