The Struggles of Living in a Difficult World

It's quite complicated for me as a journalist. It's actually not my comfort zone to be in such a joyful space. I have so much energy and passion for art that I really couldn't hide. And the reality is that African countries still encounter so many challenges. So you can't ignore the troubles that exist within African countries, but you also don't want it to be limited by those troubles. You know, when we asked Nigerians what makes them tick, what drives their creativity to a fault every artist said the hardship of living in Nigeria. They go all out, you live every day like it could be your last. That reflects in the excellence that Nigeria produces.
