CNN's John Sutter challenged his colleagues to focus on the good stuff in their work. He found that sometimes it can be like the rose in the thorn or the plus in the minus. It requires quite a lot of skill and intention to try to do that in a single conversation, he said. "I think showing your work in that way is perfectly reasonable," says Sutter.
