The Importance of Building a Relationship

I'm not that moment, you just think, this is quite hard to this job. No, it's the opposite. I mean, these are the situations I run towards. You don't win arguments by sneering at people and running away from them. But building a relationship can become the foundation for which you can have these kinds of conversations. Ian Paisley Jr once said most people in Northern Ireland find homosexual relationships offensive and indeed obnoxious. It doesn't mean I'll change his mind. He certainly won't change mind, but perhaps that's the first step towards dealing with it.
