How to Bring Awareness to Bad Usability
We put snippets of actual people user using the stuff like short ones though not like the whole session. Just take the highlights the most painful moments and create a bit of a narrative add music to it. I mean it's a stupid trick but and then just show it and make eye contact with people when you're showing it to them and say like do you see this as a banana? That is great. Nice.
