How to Cope With an Eating Disorder

If we're going to try any like process based coping skills, we are going to need to do them earlier on. Part of that's going to be you doing your own personal research about the past experiences. When did you try them? How emotionally charged were you? Do we wait too long, do we think? This is trial and error. Try to use them earlier next time and see if that helps too.
