Can I Really Talk to Someone While I'm Running?

Cadence is your step rate or the number of steps that you take in a minute. If you're running under 10 minutes per mile, then I think your cadence should be over 170 steps per minute. The faster you run, the faster your cadence is going to be. But if you were to measure your cadence when you're running 5k pace, it's probably going to be over 200 steps a minute. For injury prevention, training is the number one thing.
