The act of having a british, black lens is in a way political. So i think there's a very serious issue for a need for better clarity. Issues of objectivity disproportionately affect am people from under represented groups and management needs to be clever about how they deal with them. I'm not saying they should have the only seat at the table, but they should definittly have a seat at te tae and marcus.
