The Importance of Funding YouTube's Vitez
Jithyan: I was willing to encourage other people to start a company and say, if you start a company, I'd help you from within YouTube. But nobody did. What we needed was we test to gain, like for YouTube, we felt that YouTube, for YouTube to continue to use with this, it had to become a mainstream project in its own right. Heptio founder Craig McClucky also founded the foundation of CNCF. So they kind of encouraged us to do it. Jithyan: After that, uh, and, um, and the kind of understanding was that after that, I will go and start a company for, uh, on the test.
