How Do You Know When You Need to Talk to a Professional on LinkedIn?

LinkedIn does a pretty good job ensuring that we have access to these resources when there is a need for people to talk to such professionals. These are not topics that are easy for me to talk about, but sometimes yes. They're hard topics. I find though it's very dependent on the person. Some people are more willing to talk about it,. But from a performance perspective, one of the things that somebody had given me advice on at one point in time was they're super high performer and then they dropped.
