Is the Internet as Important as Electricity and Water?
This is an example of why the government should take on a few things and do them extremely well. It's appalling that multiple administrations have tried to solve this problem and haven't. This is where thereis something essential that society needs that the free market cannot or will not solve. And i think that's really sat and i'm hoping that this next round of inferstructure spending gets us over the hump. But if passes any guide, it'll be incremental, ll be spotty, a lot of money will be wasted.
