Volunteer managers just ignore the idea that they have a responsibility for maintaining this most important resource while they use might be social capital. We see volunteer energy is voluntary resource as the grass and we see all these organizations as the cows that eat grass but the certain moment the grass might be gone right? The good thing with volunteering is that we could not prove that we as we do something now wrong with volunteers now that new people will not start so there is no real tragedy of the comments, he says.
