How to Stay in Shape While Training Minimally

I'd love to train for an Ironman or even do a triathlon or a 10k, but I just don't have the time. You never roll out of bed without a plan because that creates decision fatigue. If you want to get fit with minimal time, you're kind of sort of simulating fitness and exercise just while you're working throughout the day. That's why I think it would be really cool if corporate America got on kind of at least the standing desk type of bandwagon.
