Is It Even Possible to Hold a Man as Rich as Elon Musk Accountable?

Is it even really possible to hold a man as rich as elon musk accountable? Ak 20 million dollar fine by the s c is like a drop in the bucket for the sky. I don't think he can be held accountable by by conventional means, but if he were to go even further and do something that was clearly criminal, presumably he would face criminal trial. It does co raise that question when again and again he flouts the the rules and the norms, and and feels like, you know, society only rewards him for it.
