Stanford had their own AI and M8 can spun out of Stanford with grants to do this project. The problem is that these were all clinically EEGs done in hospitals for epilepsy and encephalopathy, the things you can diagnose with EEG. So they didn't have the ability to actually do AI scrubbing of data and come up with the ability to diagnose. It took me 500,000 or more EEGs to start to see patterns within the EEG and identify the endophage-tific patterns that weren't yet identified with genetics. Now they've been even linked to the genetic patterns.
