A Frame Is Something That Humans Can't Frame
A i is an important part of the book, and you make a strong claim that framing is something humans do and machines cannot. At a fundamental level, humans are extremely good at causality. We can actually work with information that we do not have. So it's fundamentally differnt, hundred n 80 degrees. But here's the key thing, say that you wantid to, we'll produce counterfact s in a computer. No problem there. The computer can give you a trillion counter factuls in 13 seconds. How about try to to winnow them down to just the right essential ones? You need a human being to do that. Those are the three features of a frame.
