What Does It Say About the Constitution?
For more than two centuries, there is no federal case anywhere in the country striking down a gun law on second amendment grounds. Since heller we've had 15 hundred or more second amendment challenges ever since heller decided. The second amendment now is kind of like where the first amendment was in the 19 twenties an 19 thirties. And you know, whether that ends up being a success story for law or a failure, i think, depends on where the justices steer it from here on out.
