Ben: Let's think about what we really need, not just what we can afford today. I don't see airlines doing more buyback soon or putting in dividends soon. Ben: Investing in AI and IT is where airlines are going to have the most bang for their buck. Scott: If there was high interest rate debt, I would get out of that if I had the cash to do it.
