Is Your Work Worth While?

Each year that one of you works is kind of like one person year of effort that's gone in. In order for these conversations to be worth while, then you'd want to be producing at least the equivalent of your own effort every year. So we try and standardize how much impact someone is having by putting it into this comparable metric called a dippy. We sort of calebrate d sort of like one ifhe is roughly one year's worth of our work. And so people can be doing better work than us as well, but that's sort of one if e comes out to.
