The Rosetta Stone
Archaeologists have found a slab of stone with ancient texts etched into its surface. The greek text reveals that the stone was laid as a dedication to king ptolemy the fifth, made by the priests of memphis. This will date it to around 200 b c - though it will take years to decipher fully. It will be given a name derived from the latin version of the town where ith's been found, the rosetta stone.
